the menu for rosie’s café first pop up event!

This menu was curated for an event on April 20, 2024 at Work’n’roll, a cannabis-friendly co-working space in manhattan. as this event was sponsored by mfny – a new york state cannabis brand – rachel designed a menu of espresso-based drinks that paired well with the flavor profiles of the weed strains provided (lemon cane #14, strawpaya #2, rainbow belts 2.0). in addition to creating the menu, rachel was also the barista for this event. coffees were included with ticket purchases.
